František Kupka, also known as Frank Kupka or François Kupka, was a Czech painter and graphic artist. He was a pioneer and co-founder of the early phases of the abstract art movement and Orphic Cubism (Orphism). Kupka's abstract works arose from a base of realism, but later evolved into pure abstract art.

Henry Van de Velde
Henry Clemens van de Velde was a Belgian painter, architect, interior designer, and art theorist. Together with Victor Horta and Paul Hankar, he is considered one of the founders of Art Nouveau in Belgium. He worked in Paris with Samuel Bing, the founder of the first gallery of Art Nouveau in Paris. Van de Velde spent the most important part of his career in Germany and became a major figure in the German Jugendstil. He had a decisive influence on German architecture and design at the beginning of the 20th century.
Harold Charles Gatty
Harold Charles Gatty was an Australian navigator and aviation pioneer. Charles Lindbergh called Gatty the "Prince of Navigators." In 1931, Gatty served as navigator, along with pilot Wiley Post, on the flight which set the record for aerial circumnavigation of the world, flying a distance of 15,747 miles (24,903 km) in a Lockheed Vega named the Winnie Mae, in 8 days, 15 hours and 51 minutes.

Michael Horlacher was a German politician and member of the Bavarian People's Party and later Christian Social Union in Bavaria. After Second World War and the establishment of West Germany he Served as president of the Landtag of Bavaria.
Frank Hodge
Frank Hodge was an English badminton player. After serving with distinction during the First World War he returned to playing badminton in 1919. A left handed player he was capped 18 times by England between 1919 and 1933. He won three All England titles. In 1934 he married Miss M Drake another member of the Alexandra Palace Badminton Club. He died in 1957.
Konrad Tom
Konrad Tom, born Konrad Runowiecki, a Polish Jewish actor, writer, singer and director, born in Warsaw. Wrote song lyrics in Polish and in Yiddish for stage, film and cabaret, including szmonces. His wife was actress Zula Pogorzelska.
