Richard Laurence Millington Synge FRS FRSE FRIC FRSC MRIA was a British biochemist, and shared the 1952 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the invention of partition chromatography with Archer Martin.

Harold Lloyd Nicholas was an American dancer specializing in tap. Nicholas was the younger half of the tap-dancing pair the Nicholas Brothers, known as two of the world's greatest dancers. His older brother was Fayard Nicholas. Nicholas starred in the MGM musicals An All-Colored Vaudeville Show (1935), Stormy Weather (1943), The Pirate (1948). and The Five Heartbeats (1991).

Gianmatteo Matteotti (1921–2000), also known as Matteo Matteotti, was an Italian socialist politician. He held several cabinet posts in the 1970s.

Lady Constance Malleson was a British writer and actress. The daughter of Hugh Annesley, 5th Earl Annesley, Malleson studied at the Royal Academy of Drama Art and was a popular theater performer.

Mária Sulyok (1908–1987) was a Hungarian actress best known for her role in A köszívü ember fiai (1965) and Love, Emilia (1968). She was born on 24 April 1908 and died on 20 October 1987 in Budapest, Hungary.
