Näcip Ğayaz ulı Cihanov — Tatar Cyrillic: Нәҗип Гаяз улы Җиһанов, pronounced [næˈʑip ɣʌˌjɑzuˈlɯ ʑiˈhɑnəf]; Russian: Нази́б Гая́зович Жига́нов; anglicised as Najip Jihanov or, more usually, Nazib Gayazovich Zhiganov — was a Tatar composer, teacher and statesman. He was born on 15 January [O.S. 2 January] 1911 in Uralsk; he died on 2 June 1988.

Prince Fatafehi Tu'ipelehake was the youngest son of Queen Sālote Tupou III and was educated in Tonga and Australia. Tu'ipelehake is a traditional very high-ranking Tongan title. He was the 5th Tu'ipelehake.

Major-General Sir Randle Guy "Gerry" Feilden was a general officer in the British Army. During the Second World War he was the Deputy Quartermaster General (DQMG) of the 21st Army Group in the North-West Europe Campaign of 1944–45. After the war he became the Senior steward of the Jockey Club. He is commemorated by the annual Feilden Stakes at Newmarket Racecourse.

Gjermund Eggen was a Norwegian cross-country skier who won three gold medals at the 1966 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. The championships were held in Oslo in conjunction with the Holmenkollen ski festival, and so Eggen's medals also counted as Holmenkollen victories. He was awarded the Holmenkollen medal in 1968. He competed at the 1968 Winter Olympics in the 30 km event, but finished only 34th. Eggen died in Elverum at age 77.
