Gianni Rizzo (1925–1992) was an Italian film actor. Between 1944 and 1986 he appeared in over seventy films and television productions, in a variety of supporting roles. His screen roles included parts in a number of peplum films, such as The Vengeance of Ursus (1961). He also appeared in Italian spy films, spaghetti westerns, and played the villain in the 1967 Perry Rhodan movie, Mission Stardust. He died in 1992 at age 66.

Robert Denison Holmes was an American politician and journalist from the U.S. state of Oregon. A native of the state of New York, he worked in newspapers and radio before entering politics. Though a Republican early in his career, he served as a Democrat in the Oregon State Senate and as the 28th Governor of Oregon. He was governor from 1957 to 1959.

Louis Duerloo was a Belgian racing cyclist. He won the Belgian national road race title in 1933 and the Tour of Flanders in 1935.

Henri Frans "Hans" Dijkstal was a Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and financial adviser.

Dieter Gieseler was a German cyclist. He won the silver medal in 1000m time trial in the 1960 Summer Olympics

Alhaji Imoru Egala was a Ghanaian politician and educationist. He held various positions in government in the Gold Coast and after independence of Ghana. He was the foreign minister of Ghana in the First Republic between 1960 and 1961.
