Horst Hörnlein is a former East German luger and bobsleigh coach who competed in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He and Reinhard Bredow won the gold medal in the men's doubles event at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo.

Francis bin Fathallah bin Nasrallah Marrash, also known as Francis al-Marrash or Francis Marrash al-Halabi, was a Syrian scholar, publicist, writer and poet of the Nahda or the Arab Renaissance, and a physician. Most of his works revolve around science, history and religion, analysed under an epistemological light. He traveled throughout Western Asia and France in his youth, and after some medical training and a year of practice in his native Aleppo, during which he wrote several works, he enrolled in a medical school in Paris; yet, declining health and growing blindness forced him to return to Aleppo, where he produced more literary works until his early death.

Yūta Takahashi is a Japanese actor, entertainer and model. He is best known for his roles as Sadaharu Inui of the fourth generation Seigaku cast in The Prince of Tennis musical series, Tenimyu, and Shijo Haruki in Hanazakari no Kimitachi e series. He was a Super Junon contestant and winner in 2006. He is represented by MerryGoRound Inc.

Hiroshi Wakasugi was a Japanese orchestra conductor. He premiered many of the major Western operas in Japan, and was honoured with many awards for cultural achievement. He was best known for conducting works by German composers such as Richard Wagner, Anton Bruckner, Gustav Mahler, and Richard Strauss.
