John Paul Manley is a Canadian lawyer, businessman, and politician. He served as Liberal Member of Parliament for Ottawa South from 1988 to 2004, and was the eighth deputy prime minister between 2002 and 2003. From January 2010 until October 2018 he was president and CEO of the Business Council of Canada. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Leaders' Debates Commission.

Harold Charles Gatty was an Australian navigator and aviation pioneer. Charles Lindbergh called Gatty the "Prince of Navigators." In 1931, Gatty served as navigator, along with pilot Wiley Post, on the flight which set the record for aerial circumnavigation of the world, flying a distance of 15,747 miles (24,903 km) in a Lockheed Vega named the Winnie Mae, in 8 days, 15 hours and 51 minutes.

Jacques van der Poel is a Dutch former professional racing cyclist. He rode in the 1986 Giro d'Italia and the 1987 Tour de France.

Yana Volodymyrivna Shemyakina is a Ukrainian épée fencer. An Olympic champion at the 2012 Games, she also earned bronze individually at the World Championships in 2014, as well as bronze in 2015 in the team event.

Terence Anthony Gordon Davis, known as Terry Davis, is a British Labour Party politician, and former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Birmingham Hodge Hill constituency, and former Secretary General of the Council of Europe. He is a member of the Privy Council.

Seanan McGuire is an American author and filker. In 2010, she was awarded the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer by the 2010 World Science Fiction Convention. Her novella "Every Heart a Doorway" received the 2016 Nebula Award for Best Novella, the 2017 Hugo Award for Best Novella, and the 2017 Locus Award for Best Novella.
