Mari Boine is a Norwegian singer. She combined traditional yodeling folk music, or yoik, with rock. In 2008, she became a professor of musicology at Nesna University College.

Morten Gamst Pedersen is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Alta.

Tommy Wirkola is a Norwegian film director, producer, and screenwriter of Finnish heritage. Wirkola's first film was 2007's Kill Buljo, which he co-wrote with Stig Frode Henriksen. They later made the 2009 horror comedy Dead Snow. In 2010 they again collaborated on the film Kurt Josef Wagle and the Legend of the Fjord Witch. In 2012 a television series directed & produced by Wirkola called Hellfjord premiered, consisting of seven 30-minute episodes. His first English-language film, which was also his first large-budget film, was Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, which was co-written by Dante Harper and released in 2013. In 2014 a sequel to Dead Snow, named Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead, was released. Wirkola's most recent film, What Happened to Monday, a science fiction film starring Noomi Rapace & Willem Dafoe, was released in 2017.

Jon Lech Johansen, also known as DVD Jon, is a Norwegian programmer who has worked on reverse engineering data formats. He wrote the DeCSS software, which decodes the Content Scramble System used for DVD licensing enforcement. Johansen is a self-trained software engineer, who quit high school during his first year to spend more time with the DeCSS case. He moved to the United States and worked as a software engineer from October 2005 until November 2006. He then moved to Norway but moved back to the United States in June 2007.

Espen Lind is a Norwegian record producer, songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is one half of the production team Espionage. Espen was also a mentor on the Norwegian version of The Voice.

John Norum is a Norwegian-Swedish rock guitarist and one of the founders of the Swedish rock band Europe. Concurrent to his role with Europe, he also maintains a career as a solo artist.

Johnsen is best known for being the lead singer of the Norwegian teen punk band The BlackSheeps. She represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 as a solo artist with the song "Icebreaker".
