Helmut Brunner was an Italian luger who competed in the early 1980s. He won the gold medal in the men's doubles event at the 1984 FIL European Luge Championships in Olang, Italy.

Manuel Quinziato is an Italian former road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2002 and 2017 for the Lampre, Saunier Duval–Prodir, Liquigas–Doimo and BMC Racing Team squads.

Alois Adolf Riehl was an Austrian neo-Kantian philosopher. He was born in Bozen (Bolzano) in the Austrian Empire. He was the brother of Josef Riehl.

Leonardo Bertagnolli is a retired Italian professional road bicycle racer, who rode as a professional between 2002 and 2012. He signed for Amica Chips–Knauf, a new team in the 2009 season, though he rode for Diquigiovanni–Androni in the 2009 Giro d'Italia. It was unclear if Bertagnolli switched teams before Amica Chips–Knauf's mid-season collapse or after, and whether he continued with Diquigiovanni–Androni after the Giro or briefly returned to Amica Chips–Knauf.
