Eleanor O'Donnell is a Scottish badminton player who competes in international level events. Her highest achievements were winning a silver medal at the 2017 European Junior Championships and competing as the youngest competitor of the Scottish team at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Thomas Arthur Parker was a British musician. He started playing piano at the age of six and was performing in jazz clubs around London by his teens. In the 1960s he was a session musician. He was briefly a member of The Animals in 1966.

John Gerald Collee is a Scottish screenwriter whose film scripts include Master and Commander (2003), Happy Feet (2006), Creation (2009), and Walking with Dinosaurs (2013). He is also a journalist and a novelist. Collee practised medicine and wrote several novels before he became a full-time screenwriter.

Patrick Doherty is a retired Sinn Féin politician, and was the abstentionist Member of Parliament for West Tyrone from 2001 to 2017. He was a member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for the Assembly constituency of the same name from June 1998 to June 2012. Doherty served as Vice President of Sinn Féin from 1988 to 2009, when Mary Lou McDonald became the party's new Vice President.
