Pavel Georgievich Pegov is a former speed skater who specialised in the shorter 500 metres and 1000 metres distances. He studied at the East Siberian Technological Institute and trained with Nina Bobrova, and later at the Armed Forces sports society. He peaked in 1983 when he broke four world records.

Artem Sergeyevich Ovechkin is a Russian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Terengganu Cycling Team. He was named in the start list for the 2016 Giro d'Italia.

Yelena Aleksandrovna Yampolskaya is a Russian politician, journalist, writer and theater critic. She is a member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII and VIII convocations since 2016. Yampolskaya is the Chair of the Committee for Culture of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation since July 25, 2018. She served as Chief editor of the newspaper Culture (2011-2019).
