Princess Marie-Louise Razafinkeriefo of Madagascar was the last heir apparent and pretender to the throne of the Kingdom of Madagascar. She was a grandniece, and the adoptive daughter, of Ranavalona III. During World War II she worked as a nurse and was awarded the Legion of Honour by the French government for her medical service.

Gilbert Guillaume Marie-Jean Aubry is the Réunionnais bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint-Denis-de-La Réunion, as well as a poet and a singer. Aubry has served as the bishop of the diocese, which is based in the city of Saint-Denis, Réunion, since his episcopal consecration on May 2, 1976.

Ambroise Vollard was a French art dealer who is regarded as one of the most important dealers in French contemporary art at the beginning of the twentieth century.
