Gemma Hussey is an Irish former Fine Gael politician who served as Minister for Social Welfare from 1986 to 1987, Minister for Labour from January 1987 to March 1987, Minister for Education from 1982 to 1986, Leader of Seanad Éireann and Leader of Fine Gael in the Seanad from 1981 to 1982. She served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Wicklow constituency from 1982 to 1989. She also served as a Senator for the National University of Ireland from 1977 to 1982.

Wael Abbas Bilal is an internationally renowned Egyptian journalist, blogger, and human rights activist, who blogs at Misr Digital. He reported an incident of mob harassment of women, and broadcast several videos of police brutality. His actions led to the conviction of police for torture, but he has been harassed by the Egyptian government, and his accounts with YouTube and Yahoo were closed. YouTube has since restored his account and most of his videos. Facebook had deleted Wael's account but it has since been restored.

Geir Rönning is a professional singer-songwriter from Ålesund, Norway. He later moved to the capital Oslo in the 1980s, and later on to Stockholm, Sweden, where he found opportunity to start a musical career. He later moved to Finland, which he represented in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005. He returned to Norway in 2006 to try unsuccessfully to represent Norway in Eurovision through a joint song with Jorun Erdal. In 2010, he had a comeback trying to represent this time Finland in Eurovision. The same year he also took part in the Swedish Idol 2010, coming seventh.

Gerald Baumgartner is an Austrian association football coach who currently is the manager of SV Ried. He has been head coach of Red Bull Salzburg (A), Pasching, St. Pölten, Austria Wien and Austria Salzburg.

Bradford S. Lander is an American politician, urban planner, and activist serving as a member of the New York City Council for the 39th District. He is a progressive politician, supports defunding the police, and a core ideal of his is to "comfort... the afflicted and afflict... the comfortable." He has been a leading advocate of a program that has moved over 9,500 homeless people to vacant hotel rooms across New York City. Politico described Lander as "one of the most left-leaning politicians in the city."
