Marc John Orrell is an American guitarist and musician, known for being a former member of the Boston Celtic Punk band the Dropkick Murphys. He joined the band in 2000, he was 17 years old, while they were recording Sing Loud, Sing Proud and remained with the group until January 2008, when he left to pursue a different musical style.

Edward Joseph King was an American politician who served as the 66th Governor of Massachusetts from 1979 to 1983. A member of the Democratic Party until 1985, he then became a member of the Republican Party. Elected in the 1978 Massachusetts gubernatorial election, he lost the Democratic primary of the 1982 election to his predecessor Michael Dukakis.

Robert Fiske Bradford was an American lawyer and politician who served one term as the 57th Governor of Massachusetts, from 1947 to 1949.

Carol Twombly is an American designer, best known for her type design. She worked as a type designer at Adobe Systems from 1988 through 1999, during which time she designed, or contributed to the design of, many typefaces, including Trajan, Myriad and Adobe Caslon.

Oliver Ames was an American businessman, investor, politician, and philanthropist from Massachusetts. He was the son of Oakes Ames (1804–1873), a railroad tycoon behind the construction of the Union Pacific Railroad (UP) who was notably censured in the Credit Mobilier scandal for actions taken while a United States Congressman. Ames was executor of his father's estate, and took over many of his business interests. A Republican, he served as the 35th Governor of Massachusetts (1887–1890). He was a major philanthropist, especially in his hometown of Easton, which is graced by a number of architecturally significant works by H.H. Richardson as a result of his influence.

Sumner Byron Myers was an American mathematician specializing in topology. He studied at Harvard University under H. C. Marston Morse, where he was graduated with a Ph.D. in 1932. Myers then pursued postdoctoral studies at Princeton University (1934–1936) before becoming a professor for mathematics at the University of Michigan, where an award for outstanding students of mathematics has been named in his honor. He died unexpectedly from a heart attack during the 1955 Michigan–Army football game at Michigan Stadium.

James Ford was an American actor in silent and sound films.

Charles Farrell was an American film actor of the 1920s silent era and into the 1930s, and later a television actor. Farrell is probably best recalled for his onscreen romances with actress Janet Gaynor in more than a dozen films, including 7th Heaven, Street Angel, and Lucky Star.
