The 165 cm tall athlete at 55 kg (121 lb) is a member of Enkaspor athletics team, where she was coached by Yahya Sevüktekin. Uslu is a student at the Gazi Üniversitesi in Ankara.

Myrtle Claire Bachelder was an American chemist and Women's Army Corps officer, who is noted for her secret work on the Manhattan Project atomic bomb program, and for the development of techniques in the chemistry of metals.

Gilles Perrault is a French writer, screenwriter and journalist. He attended the Collège Stanislas de Paris and then studied at the Institut d'études politiques, eventually becoming a lawyer, a profession he worked in for five years.

Jean-Pierre Denis is a French film director and screenwriter. He has directed seven films since 1980. His directorial debut Adrien's Story won the Caméra d'Or at the 1980 Cannes Film Festival. His film Field of Honor was entered into the 1987 Cannes Film Festival.
