Shmuel Ben-Artzi
Shmuel Ben-Artzi was a Polish-born Israeli writer, poet and educator. Ben-Artzi was also the father in-law of the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Boleslaw Pylak
Bolesław Pylak was a Polish prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was one of the oldest Roman Catholic bishops in Poland. Pylak was born in Łopiennik Górny, Poland and was ordained a priest on 29 June 1948 from Archdiocese of Lublin. Pylak was appointed Auxiliary bishop of the Lublin diocese as well as Titular bishop of Midica on 14 March 1966, and ordained a bishop on 29 May 1966. Pylak was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Lublin on 27 June 1975 and served in that capacity until his retirement on 14 June 1997.

Mieczysław Czechowicz was a Polish actor. A graduate of Warsaw's State Theatrical Academy, Czechowicz played in numerous films, plays and cabarets. He worked for the National Theatre as well as other Warsaw theatres. In 1987 he was awarded the Polonia Restituta. As a movie actor, he played in such productions, as Janosik, Czterej Pancerni i Pies, Lalka, The Tin Drum, and comedies by Stanisław Bareja. Czechowicz's voice is known by almost all kids in Poland, as he voiced the friendly teddy bear in a popular cartoon Miś Uszatek.
