Charles Louis Joseph Vandame is a French Jesuit, ordained into priesthood on 7 September 1960. He was the Archbishop of N'Djamena from his appointment in 1981 until retirement on 31 July 2003. He was followed by Chadian Matthias N'Gartéri Mayadi.

Ludwig Derangadage Scotty is a Nauruan politician who twice served as President of Nauru and was Speaker of Parliament five times between 2000 and 2016. He served as president from 29 May 2003 to 8 August 2003 and again from 22 July 2004 until his ousting in a vote of no confidence on 19 December 2007. He was elected as president in 2003, again from November 2010 to April 2013, and from June 2013 to June 2016.

Hiroyuki Kimura is a Japanese video game director and producer who works for Nintendo. Kimura joined the company as a trainee in 1988, and designed the characters of Super Mario Bros. 3. After that, he was originally assigned to Gunpei Yokoi and the Nintendo R&D1 team. Kimura designed a variety of games for Nintendo including several of the NES Zapper software and the Metroid series. Shortly after working on Super Metroid, Kimura was transferred to Shigeru Miyamoto and the Nintendo EAD group.

Hichem Aboud is an Algerian journalist and political activist. Aboud was the founder and redactor-in-chief the "Mon Journal" newspaper. The newspaper was published in both French and Arabic. In 2013, the journal was banned in Algeria after reporting on Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika's health. As of 2022, Aboud has over 500,000 subscribers on YouTube.
