Prince Dasho Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck is a Bhutanese prince. Born as the second son of the-King of Bhutan Jigme Singye Wangchuck, he was the heir presumptive to the throne of Bhutan until 5 February 2016, when his nephew Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, his older half-brother and current King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck's son, was born.

Elia Suleiman is a Palestinian film director and actor of Rûm Greek Orthodox origin. He is best known for the 2002 film Divine Intervention, a modern tragic comedy on living under occupation in Palestine which won the Jury Prize at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival. Elia Suleiman's cinematic style is often compared to that of Jacques Tati and Buster Keaton, for its poetic interplay between "burlesque and sobriety". Kotaro Tamura was a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, and a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (2002–2010). He was a member of Prime Minister Abe's government, serving as his Parliamentary Secretary in the Cabinet Office of Economic and Fiscal Policy, where he worked toward opening up Japanese businesses to foreign investment. A native of Tottori, he received his BA from Waseda University, his MBA from Keio University, his MA from Yale, and his LLM from Duke Law School. He was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 2002.
