Fabrice Colas is a retired French track cyclist who competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, winning a bronze medal in the 1000 metres time trial. He also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Colas also won silver medal in the professional sprint and bronze in the keirin at the 1991 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.

Vasile Blaga is a Romanian politician who was Speaker of the Upper Chamber of the Romanian Parliament, the Senate, from 2011 to 2012. He also served as Minister of Regional Development and Housing and twice as Minister of Administration and Internal Affairs.

Mary Ann Horton, is a Usenet and Internet pioneer. Horton contributed to Berkeley UNIX (BSD), including the vi editor and terminfo database, created the first email attachment tool uuencode, and led the growth of Usenet in the 1980s.
