Tooru Fujisawa is a Japanese manga artist. His name is romanized as Tohru Fujisawa on the Tokyopop English-language Great Teacher Onizuka books and as Toru Fujisawa on the Kodansha bilingual releases. His first serialized work was Adesugata Junjo Boy, published from 1989 in Weekly Shōnen Magazine. Fujisawa's best-known work is Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) about a biker, Eikichi Onizuka, and his attempt to become and remain a teacher. It is a sequel to Shōnan Jun'ai Gumi! and its side story Bad Company. In 1998, Fujisawa won the Kodansha Manga Award for Great Teacher Onizuka.

Keiko Ihara is a Japanese race car driver. She was a former race queen, a model who appears in a swimsuit or other fashionable apparel at race circuits, before deciding to become a racing driver. She is one of the few Japanese women nationals to race internationally at a high level. Her best finishes in the British Formula Three Championship are two 8th places finishes in 2005, which helped her to a final championship standing position of 16th with 12 points. In the 2006 series, she finished in 17th and last position in the Championship Class, with 4 points.

Ken Saitō is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party serving in the Japanese House of Representatives. He served as the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Shinzo Abe's cabinet. He has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2009. Saito is a member of the Ishiba faction, led by Shigeru Ishiba, which is critical of the Abe administration. In his position, he has continued to keep the tariff hike on foreign beef.

Emiri Katō is a Japanese voice actress and singer working for 81 Produce. At the 2nd Seiyu Awards, she won Best New Actress with her roles in Powerpuff Girls Z as Momoko Akatsutsumi/Hyper Blossom and Lucky Star as Kagami Hiiragi. She also shared a Best Singing Award with the rest of the Lucky Star girls for the theme song "Motteke! Sailor Fuku". At the 6th Seiyu Awards, she won Best Supporting Actress with roles such as Kyubey in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Kiko Kayanuma in Darker Than Black, and Mey-Rin in Black Butler. She and fellow voice actress Kaori Fukuhara were in a duo music group called Kato*Fuku, which sang theme songs for When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace and Battle Spirits Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero. Kato*Fuku released three albums from 2012 to 2015, and disbanded in 2016.

Hase Seishū is the pen name of Toshihito Bandō , a well-known Japanese novelist. He is known for writing Yakuza crime novels. His pen name is based on the Chinese name of Hong Kong filmmaker Stephen Chow, Chow Sing-chi (周星馳), written backwards and rendered in Japanese.

Yūko Gotō is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer who was contracted to Production Baobab and is now signed to Axlone. In direct contrast to her cute-and-vulnerable moé typecasting, Yūko in real life is a devotee of biker culture who dresses and acts as such when not working, right down to her motorcycle. This is parodied in the 23rd episode of Lucky Star, in which she appears as a masculine Bōsōzoku-styled character of herself called Gotouza, a nickname given to her by fellow voice actor Tomokazu Sugita. She is also a fluent English speaker.

Shigefumi Matsuzawa is a Japanese politician and a current member of the House of Councillors for the Kanagawa at-large district in the Diet of Japan. A native of Kawasaki, Kanagawa and graduate of Keio University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science, he has previously served in the assembly of Kanagawa Prefecture for two terms from 1987 to 1993, in the House of Representatives in the Diet for three terms from 1993 to 2003 and as the governor of Kanagawa Prefecture from 2003 until 2011. He was elected to the House of Councillors in 2013 as a member of Your Party. Upon the dissolution of Your Party in November 2014 he joined the Party for Future Generations. He left the party in August 2015 and sat as an independent until becoming the leader of Kibō no Tō in May 2018. He resigned as leader on May 28, 2019, and was succeeded by Nariaki Nakayama. He subsequently left the party and joined Nippon Ishin no Kai.

Kensei Mizote is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet.
