Kurt Diebner was a German nuclear physicist who is well known for directing and administrating the German nuclear energy project, a secretive program aiming to build nuclear weapons for Nazi Germany during the course of World War II. Diebner was the administrative director of the German nuclear program after Adolf Hitler, Führer and Reich Chancellor, authorized this program.

Rainer Wend is a German politician and currently lobbyist for Deutsche Post DHL. 2002-2005 he was chairman of the Bundestag-Committee Economics and Labour as well as spokesman of the SPD parliamentary party on Economic Affairs from 2005 till 2009. In July 2012 he has been elected President of European Movement Germany.

Ulrich Kusch is a heavy metal drummer and songwriter. He is best known for playing with Helloween, Gamma Ray, Masterplan and Holy Moses, among others. He is also known for his technical style of playing, fast-paced speed metal-like rhythm, and capable songwriting abilities.

After his election defeat, he became chair of the parliamentary group of the SPD in the parliament of Lower Saxony until 2010. He left the parliament 2013.
