Louise-Marie of France was a French princess and Discalced Carmelite, the youngest of the ten children of Louis XV and Maria Leszczyńska. She entered the Carmelite convent at Saint-Denis in 1770 under the name of Thérèse of Saint Augustine, and served as prioress in 1773-1779 and 1785–1787. She is venerated by the Roman Catholic Church, having been declared Venerable by Pope Pius IX.

Damien Gaudin is a French road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Total Direct Énergie. He competed for France at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Gabriel Naudé was a French librarian and scholar. He was a prolific writer who produced works on many subjects including politics, religion, history and the supernatural. An influential work on library science was the 1627 book Advice on Establishing a Library. Naudé was later able to put into practice all the ideas he put forth in Advice, when he was given the opportunity to build and maintain the Bibliothèque Mazarine, the library of Cardinal Jules Mazarin.

Georges d'Amboise was a French Roman Catholic cardinal and minister of state. He belonged to the house of Amboise, a noble family possessed of considerable influence: of his nine brothers, four were bishops. His father, Pierre d'Amboise, seigneur de Chaumont, was chamberlain to Charles VII and Louis XI and ambassador at Rome. Georges' eldest brother, Charles, was governor of the Île-de-France, Champagne and Burgundy, and councillor of Louis XI.

Marie-Hélène Thoraval is a French politician. She is Mayor of Romans-sur-Isère since 2014, a member of the Regional council of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes since 2016 and was a member of the National Assembly of France from 2010 to 2012. She was the substitute candidate for Gabriel Biancheri in the 2007 French legislative election in Drôme's 4th constituency. She succeeded Biancheri following his death in 2010. She is a member of the Union for a Popular Movement.
