Olivier Rabourdin is a French film actor. He has appeared in more than seventy films since 1985. In 2010 he was nominated for a French César Award in the category of Best Supporting Actor for the role of Christophe in the film Of Gods and Men.

René Trouin, Sieur du Gué, also known as René Duguay-Trouin, was a French naval officer, nobleman and slave trader best known for his career during the War of the Spanish Succession. He had a brilliant privateering and naval career and eventually became "Lieutenant-General of the Naval Armies of the King", and a Commander in the Order of Saint-Louis. Ten ships of the French Navy have since been named in his honour.

Mouctar Diakhaby is a French professional footballer who plays for Valencia in La Liga. He has also represented the French national youth teams starting from the France national under-19 football team.

Béatrice Saubin was a French woman convicted of drug smuggling in Malaysia who later wrote a best-selling book about her prison experiences. Raised by her grandmother in Romilly-sur-Seine, she dropped out of high school and travelled to Thailand, then Malaysia, having affairs with men in each country. Her Malaysian lover in Penang offered to marry her if she met him in Zurich. At age 20, in January 1980, she was detained at Penang International Airport when an airport x-ray scanner detected 534 grams (1.177 lb) of pure grade heroin hidden in her suitcase.

Prince Henri, Count of Chambord and Duke of Bordeaux was disputedly King of France from 2 to 9 August 1830 as Henry V, although he was never officially proclaimed as such. Afterwards, he was the Legitimist pretender to the throne of France from 1844 until his death in 1883.

Michaël Jérémiasz is a former professional wheelchair tennis player from France. He won a gold medal in the men's doubles event at the Paralympic Games in Beijing 2008. Jérémiasz has been World Number 1 for doubles and singles on the wheelchair circuit. Jérémiasz, as of 19 May 2007, is 4th for singles and 1st for doubles. Jérémiasz is right-handed and likes hard courts. He is coached by Jerome Delbert.
