Laura Omloop
Laura Omloop is a Belgian pop singer who represented her country in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Kiev, Ukraine, finishing in fourth place. Omloop sang the song "Zo verliefd", which contains yodeling. This was Belgium's best result in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Marie-Jo Lafontaine is a sculptor and video artist from Antwerp (Anvers), Belgium. She now lives and works as a Professor of Media Arts at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design in Brussels, Belgium.
Dirk Baert
Dirk Baert is a retired Belgian road and track cyclist. On track, he won one gold and two bronze medals in the individual pursuit at the world championships in 1971, 1972 and 1975. He competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics in the 1 km time trial and finished in 18th place. On the road, he won the Omloop van de Vlaamse Scheldeboorden (1975), Le Samyn (1976), Halle–Ingooigem (1978) and Grote 1-MeiPrijs (1979), as well as one stage of the Tour of Belgium (1974). He rode the Tour de France in 1974.

An-Sophie Mestach is a retired Belgian tennis player.
Herman Frison
Herman Frison is a former Belgian professional road bicycle racer and current assistant manager at Lotto-Soudal. During the 1987 Tour de France he managed to go on a solo attack during a relatively short stage that took place entirely within West Germany. Stage 4 was only about 80km long and went from Stuttgart to Pforzheim, but Frison managed to stay away from the peloton and win the stage by about a minute and a half ahead of the main field.

Vincent Rijmen is a Belgian cryptographer and one of the two designers of the Rijndael, the Advanced Encryption Standard. Rijmen is also the co-designer of the WHIRLPOOL cryptographic hash function, and the block ciphers Anubis, KHAZAD, Square, NOEKEON and SHARK.
Frank Hoste
Frank Hoste is a retired Belgian racing cyclist, who won the points classification in the Tour de France in 1984 as well as three stage victories. Hoste was a professional cyclist from 1977 to 1991, then he started a bicycle factory. He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1976 Summer Olympics.

Lisa del Bo, was born Reinhilde Goossens on 9 June 1961 in Mopertingen, Belgium. She is a Belgian singer who is popular in her own country and also in Germany. Lisa del Bo is a Flemish singer who often sings in the Dutch language but has been known to record songs in other languages as well.
Étienne Schouppe
Etienne Adolf Schouppe is a Belgian politician. He is a member of the Christen-Democratisch en Vlaams party. Before his entry into politics, he was executive manager of the National Railway Company of Belgium. Schouppe was a member of the Belgian Senate from 2003 to 2010 and since 2008 the State Secretary for Mobility. At the local level Schouppe was mayor of Liedekerke for eleven years. In 2010 he retired from politics. In 2010 he was also accused of insider trading for having sold KBC and Dexia shares with special information.
