David S. Saxon was an American physicist and educator who served as the President of University of California system as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation.

Victor Civita was an Italian-Brazilian journalist and publisher. His family emigrated from Italy to New York in 1938 following passage of the Race Law.

(Arthur William) Douglas Cooper, who also published as Douglas Lord was a British art historian, art critic and art collector. He mainly collected Cubist works. He was involved with investigating who had dealt with stolen art during the war. After the war he bought a chateau and converted it into a gallery of early cubist art.

Klaus-Dieter Lehmann is a German librarian and has been president of the Goethe-Institut since April 2008.

Manfred Klieme is a former East German racing cyclist, who won a silver medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome.
