Bernard Clerfayt is a Belgian politician. He has been the mayor of Schaerbeek since 2001 and is currently vice-president of the Front Démocratique des Francophones (FDF). As is common in Belgium, he holds a dual mandate and has also been a member of the federal Belgian Chamber of Representatives since 2007.

Tonia is a Belgian singer, best known for her participation in the 1966 Eurovision Song Contest.

Ketty Nivyabandi is a Burundian poet and human rights activist living in exile in Canada. She was born in Belgium and grew up in Bujumbura, Burundi, where she studied International Relations and worked as a journalist. Her French-language poetry has appeared in literary magazines such as World Literature Today and Words Without Borders, and in anthologies including We Have Crossed Many Rivers: New Poetry from Africa (2012) and Margaret Busby's New Daughters of Africa (2019). In 2012 Nivyabandi represented Burundi in the London Poetry Parnassus as part of the Summer Olympics.
