Chico Picadinho, nickname of Francisco da Costa Rocha, is a Brazilian murderer who was convicted of the murder of two women, in 1966 and 1976, respectively. His case was listed by G1 of São Paulo, in 2014, as "9 murder cases that shocked the country".

Fabio Cianchetti is an Italian cinematographer. He contributed to more than seventy films since 1983, including The Tiger and the Snow, The Beast in the Heart and The Dreamers.

Ermanno Randi was an Italian film actor. After serving in the Italian Army during the Second World War, Randi made his screen debut in 1947. He gradually moved up from playing supporting to lead roles. In 1951 he played the tenor Enrico Caruso in The Young Caruso. The same year he was fatally shot by his lover, Giuseppe Maggiore, during a row. Randi was 31.

Enzo Monteleone is an Italian film director and screenwriter.

Emma Dante is an Italian playwright, theatre director and stage actress. She wrote, directed and starred in the 2013 film A Street in Palermo. She later directed numerous operas, including Richard Strauss' Feuersnot and Hans Werner Henze's Gisela! in Palermo, and Carmen at the Teatro alla Scala. In 2020 she co-wrote and directed The Macaluso Sisters, based on her own acclaimed play.
