In December 2011, Müller was elected as judge of German Bundesverfassungsgericht.

Moctar Ouane is a Malian diplomat and politician serving as the acting Prime Minister of Mali since September 27, 2020, following the deposition of the government of President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta.
