Moctar Ouane
Moctar Ouane is a Malian diplomat and politician serving as the acting Prime Minister of Mali since September 27, 2020, following the deposition of the government of President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta. He also previously served in the government of Mali as Minister of Foreign Affairs from May 2004 to April 2011.
