Auro Soares de Moura Andrade, commonly known as Auro de Moura Andrade or Moura Andrade, was a Brazilian lawyer and politician. Was born in a wealthy family of farmers from the countryside, son of the cattle rancher Antônio Joaquim de Moura Andrade, known as "The King of the Cattle".

Stanley Owen Green, known as the Protein Man, was a human billboard in central London in the latter half of the 20th century. One writer called him "the most famous non-famous person in London". According to Lynne Truss, Green became such a ubiquitous figure in and around Oxford Street in the West End that, like Zelig, he was "present in every black-and-white picture of London crowds that one has ever seen".

William James Dixon was an American blues musician, vocalist, songwriter, arranger and record producer. Next to Muddy Waters, Dixon is recognized as the most influential person in shaping the post–World War II sound of the Chicago blues.

Kaoru Ishikawa was a Japanese organizational theorist, Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at The University of Tokyo, noted for his quality management innovations. He is considered a key figure in the development of quality initiatives in Japan, particularly the quality circle. He is best known outside Japan for the Ishikawa or cause and effect diagram often used in the analysis of industrial processes.

Naoum Shebib (1915–1985), was an Egyptian architect of Lebanese origin. He is considered one of the leading Egyptian architects and the precursor of modern architecture in Egypt. He was also a structural engineer and entrepreneur. His most famous work is undoubtedly the Cairo Tower, which is the tallest structure in Egypt and North Africa, rising 187 meters.

Thae Byong-ryol, General of the Korean People ’s Army. On October 1980 elected by the First Plenary Session of the 6th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea he was elected a member of the Central Military Commission. Thae Byong-ryol served as a member of the central Committee from October 14, 1980 until his death. He has at least one son named Thae Hyong-chol, who is the president of Kim Il Sung University.
