Kim Tae-kyun is a South Korean first baseman who plays for the Hanwha Eagles in the KBO League. He bats and throws right-handed. He is one of the top career hitters in the KBO, with a lifetime batting average over .320, and more than 300 career home runs and 1300 runs batted in.

James Robert Horner is an American former professional baseball player who played the majority of his Major League Baseball career with the Atlanta Braves. He played mostly as a third baseman who later transitioned into a first baseman as he was hampered by injuries for most of his playing career. Horner also played for one season in the Nippon Professional Baseball League as a member of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.

Ernesto Antonio Mejía Alvarado [meh-HEE-ah] is a Venezuelan first baseman for the Saitama Seibu Lions of the Pacific League. Listed at 6' 5", 245 lb., he bats and throws right handed.

Tomokazu Ohka is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He played for the Boston Red Sox (1999–2001), Montreal Expos (2001–2004), Washington Nationals (2005), Milwaukee Brewers (2005–2006), Toronto Blue Jays (2007), Cleveland Indians (2009), as well as the Fukushima Hopes in Japan's Baseball Challenge League. He started his professional career with the Yokohama BayStars in Nippon Professional Baseball's Central League. He throws right-handed and is a switch hitter.

Onelki García is a Cuban professional baseball pitcher for the CTBC Brothers of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Kansas City Royals, and in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Chunichi Dragons and Hanshin Tigers.

Chin-Hui Tsao is a Taiwanese former professional baseball pitcher. He is the second major league player and the first major league pitcher from Taiwan, and like the first, former Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Chin-Feng Chen, he is a Taiwanese aborigine of Amis ancestry. He had previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies and Dodgers before spending the 2009 season with the Brother Elephants in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). After the 2009 Taiwan Series, Tsao was investigated for game-fixing scandals, although he was ultimately not indicted on February 10, 2010. Tsao was expelled by CPBL on December 23, 2009. He has recorded the fastest pitch by a Taiwanese pitcher at 100 mph in 2005.

Vernon Christopher Carter is an American professional baseball first baseman and designated hitter for the Acereros de Monclova of the Mexican League. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics, Houston Astros, Milwaukee Brewers, and New York Yankees. In 2016, while playing for the Brewers, Carter led the National League in home runs, along with Colorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado, with 41.

Lisalverto Bonilla is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Uni-President Lions of the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL). He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds, in the KBO League for the Samsung Lions, and in the CPBL for the Rakuten Monkeys.

Andrelton A. Simmons is a Curaçaoan professional baseball shortstop for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played for the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Angels. Drawing considerable attention for his defensive abilities, Simmons has won four Rawlings Gold Glove Awards for shortstops, a Wilson MLB Overall Defensive Player of the Year Award, and six Fielding Bible Awards. As of the end of 2019 season, he ranks first in DRS and UZR against all shortstops played in the stats' respective eras.

Roberto Antonio Petagine Hernandez is a retired professional baseball player of Italian descent. His Major League Baseball career includes brief stints with the Houston Astros (1994), San Diego Padres (1995), New York Mets, Cincinnati Reds (1998), Boston Red Sox (2005), and Seattle Mariners (2006); but he is best known for his success in the Japanese Central League between 1999 and 2004 where, as a member of the Yakult Swallows (1999–2002) and Yomiuri Giants (2003–2004), he was among Nippon Professional Baseball's premier offensive players.
