Albert Lester Lehninger was an American biochemist in the field of bioenergetics. He made fundamental contributions to the current understanding of metabolism at a molecular level. In 1948, he discovered, with Eugene P. Kennedy, that mitochondria are the site of oxidative phosphorylation in eukaryotes, which ushered in the modern study of energy transduction. He is the author of a number of classic texts, including: Biochemistry, The Mitochondrion, Bioenergetics and, most notably, his series Principles of Biochemistry. The latter is a widely used text for introductory biochemistry courses at the college and university levels.

Lee Shu-chuan is a Taiwanese politician. He was the deputy mayor of Kaohsiung from 25 December 2018 to 12 June 2020. He previously served in multiple positions within the Taipei County Government, and was Secretary-General of the Executive Yuan from 2014 to 2015, when he was named the Secretary-General of the Kuomintang. He stepped down from that position when his term ended in March 2016.

Egon Zimmermann, often referred to as Egon Zimmermann II, was a World Cup alpine ski racer and Olympic gold medalist from Austria. Zimmermann won the Olympic downhill at Patscherkofel in 1964 and won several medals on the professional tour in the late-1960s and early 1970s.

Ernst Lubitsch was a German-born American film director, producer, writer, and actor. His urbane comedies of manners gave him the reputation of being Hollywood's most elegant and sophisticated director; as his prestige grew, his films were promoted as having "the Lubitsch touch". Among his best known works are Trouble in Paradise, Design for Living, Ninotchka, The Shop Around the Corner, To Be or Not to Be and Heaven Can Wait.

Candan Erçetin is a Turkish singer-songwriter. Over the twenty years of her singing career, she has been recognized for preparing and singing songs about human life. Despite the fact that she made her albums without much publicity, her work influenced other artists. Erçetin has released many music videos with different themes. Because her family originate from the Balkans, she has often used elements of Balkan music in her songs and works. In addition to Turkish, she has written songs in French and Greek.

Brice Lalonde is a former green party leader in France, who ran for President of France in the Presidential elections, 1981. In 1988 he was named Minister of the Environment, and in 1990 founded the green Ecology Generation party.

Yeo Jia Min is a Singaporean badminton player. In 2015, she clinched two titles at the Badminton Asia U17 & U15 Junior Championships in Kudus, Indonesia. She won the bronze medal at the 2017 Asian Junior Championships, and also part of the national team that won the women's team bronze at the 2015, 2017 and 2019 Southeast Asian Games. Yeo was ranked World Junior No.1 in the girls' singles event in June 2017. She competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast.

Neslişah Sultan, later Neslişah Osmanoğlu was an Ottoman princess, the paternal granddaughter of the last Ottoman Caliph Abdulmejid II and his first wife, Şehsuvar Hanım and maternal granddaughter of the last Ottoman Sultan Mehmed VI and his first wife, Nazikeda Kadın. She was the daughter of Şehzade Ömer Faruk and his first wife and cousin Sabiha Sultan.

Gennaro Contaldo, is an Italian chef and restaurateur, known for his association with his British protégé, Jamie Oliver, and his partnership with fellow Italian chef Antonio Carluccio and their BBC Two television series Two Greedy Italians. Contaldo is the brand ambassador for the luxury Italian holiday specialist Citalia.

Josep Lluís Franco Rabell is a Spanish activist and politician. He was candidate in the 2015 Catalan election for the Catalonia Yes We Can coalition, being MP between 2016 and 2018.
