Joseph Albright
Joseph Medill Patterson Albright is an American retired journalist and author. A descendent of the Medill-Patterson media family, Albright wrote for the Chicago Sun-Times before becoming a reporter and executive at Newsday. He was later Washington and foreign correspondent for Cox Newspapers, receiving several journalism awards and nominations. Albright has authored three books; two with his wife, fellow reporter Marcia Kunstel. He was formerly married to Madeleine Korbel Albright, who later became the first female U. S. Secretary of State.

David Whelan is an English former footballer. During his football career, he played for Blackburn Rovers and Crewe Alexandra. Whelan is the former owner of Football League Championship club Wigan Athletic, having also been the chairman of the club for twenty years, before passing the position over to his grandson, David Sharpe, who eventually passed the ownership over to International Entertainment Corporation.

Márcio Braga was previously president of the club from 1977 to 1981, 1986 to 1989 and from 1991 to 1992. In 2009, Braga left Flamengo's presidency due to medical issues and after being suspended by the Court of Sporting Justice (TJD), he was replaced by Delair Dumbrosck.
