Andrzej Marian Olechowski (listen) is a Polish politician. He was one of the co-founders of liberal conservative party Civic Platform in 2001 with Maciej Płażyński and Donald Tusk. He served as Minister of Finance (1992) in the Jan Olszewski's Government and Minister of Foreign Affairs (1993–1995) in the Waldemar Pawlak's Government.

Yekaterina Ivanovna Zelenko was a Soviet Su-2 pilot who flew during the Winter War and World War II. She remains the only woman ever alleged to have performed an aerial ramming, though in recent years historians have begun to question the credibility of such reports.

Timothy Zahn is an American writer of science fiction and fantasy. He is known for the Thrawn series of Star Wars novels, and has published several other series of science fiction and fantasy novels, in addition to many works of short fiction.

Jörgen Persson is a Swedish cinematographer. He has worked on 60 films since 1965. At the 22nd Guldbagge Awards he won the Special Achievement award. At the 28th Guldbagge Awards he was nominated for the Best Cinematography award for the film The Best Intentions.

Armin Hahne is a German racing driver, best known for his exploits in touring car racing. The highpoint of his career was winning both the 1982 and 1983 Spa 24 Hours driving BMW's. Another highlight of his career was driving in the factory supported Tom Walkinshaw Racing run Jaguar Racing team racing the Jaguar XJS coupes. Hahne stayed with the team as they transitioned to Rover Vitesse. In 1991 he drove for one race in the British Touring Car Championship for BMW.

Alessandra Cappellotto is a retired racing cyclist from Italy. She represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics: 1996, and 2000. She won the world title in the women's individual road race at the 1997 UCI Road World Championships in San Sebastian, Spain. Valeria Cappellotto, who died in 2015, was her sister.

Karen Smyers is a triathlete from the United States. She is the 1990 and 1995 ITU Triathlon World Champion as well as the 1995 Ironman World Champion. She was inducted into the Triathlon Hall of Fame in January 2009.
