Candace Parker
Candace Nicole Parker is an American professional basketball player for the Chicago Sky of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She was the first overall pick in the 2008 WNBA Draft. In 2016, along with other stars such as Alana Beard and Nneka Ogwumike, Parker helped the Sparks to win their first WNBA Finals title since 2002. In high school, Parker won the 2003 and 2004 Gatorade National Girls Basketball Player of the Year awards, becoming just the second junior and the only woman to receive the award twice.

Jon Dorenbos
Jonathan Paul Dorenbos is a former American football long snapper and magician. He played college football at the University of Texas at El Paso and was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2003. Dorenbos also played for the Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he played 11 seasons and played in 162 consecutive games. After getting traded to the New Orleans Saints in the 2017 preseason, it was discovered Dorenbos had an aortic aneurysm that required immediate surgery and ended his career. The trade was rescinded and the Eagles returned the pick to the Saints. The Eagles would go on to win Super Bowl LII that season, and it was announced Dorenbos would get an honorary ring.

He began playing for the National Football League (NFL) in 1970 and played for such teams as the Buffalo Bills, Houston Oilers, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks, and the San Francisco 49ers until he retired following the 1979 season. Cowlings was taken fifth overall in the first round by the Buffalo Bills in the 1970 NFL Draft.

Daniel Jacobs
Daniel Jacobs is an American professional boxer. He is a two-time middleweight world champion, having held the IBF title from 2018 to 2019 and the WBA (Regular) title from 2014 to 2017. Nicknamed the "Miracle Man," Jacobs' career was almost cut short in 2011 due to osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. He went on to make a full recovery after spending 19 months out of the sport, meanwhile recovering from severe operation-induced injuries generally perceived as crippling.
