Ridouan Taghi
Ridouan Taghi is a Moroccan-Dutch suspect. He is currently held at Nieuw Vosseveld, a maximum security prison in Vught, for suspected involvement in at least ten murders related to organised crime, as well as for his involvement in drug trafficking and the leading of a criminal organisation. Until his late 2019 arrest in Dubai, Taghi was the most wanted criminal in the Netherlands with a record-breaking reward of €100,000.

Shigeko Higashikuni , born Shigeko, Princess Teru , was the wife of Prince Morihiro Higashikuni and eldest daughter of Emperor Shōwa and Empress Kōjun. She was the eldest sister to Japan's Emperor Emeritus Akihito.

Neha Kakkar is an Indian singer. She began performing at religious events at the age of four and had participated in the second season of the singing reality show, Indian Idol, in which she was eliminated early. She made her Bollywood debut as a chorus singer in the film Meerabai Not Out. She rose to prominence with the release of the dance track "Second Hand Jawaani" from Cocktail, which was followed by several other popular party songs including "Sunny Sunny" from Yaariyan and "London Thumakda" from Queen.

Omar al-Bayoumi
Omar al-Bayoumi is a Saudi national linked to two of the 9/11 hijackers in the United States, though he says he simply befriended the pair rather than ran them as agents. Files of the US FBI dating to before the attacks demonstrate that he was a Saudi Arabian intelligence agent. An FBI report declassified in September 2021 lays out evidence that al-Bayoumi had links to known terrorists, provided significant support to 9/11 hijackers Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar upon their arrival in the US, and communicated with a key logistics facilitator for Osama bin Laden, each time immediately following significant logistics support to Hazmi and Mihdhar.

Valentin Yumashev
Valentin Borisovich Yumashev is a Russian journalist, politician and businessman-developer, who was son-in-law of President Boris Yeltsin and a member of his inner circle. He was Editor-in-Chief of Ogonyok in 1995-1996. In 1996, he was appointed adviser to President Boris Yeltsin for public relations. In March 1997, Yumashev succeeded Anatoly Chubais in the powerful position of the Chairman of the Presidential Executive Office. In December 1998, he was dismissed from that position. He now works in real estate development.
