Želimir "Željko" Obradović is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player. He last served as a head coach for Fenerbahçe of the Turkish Super League and the EuroLeague.

Željko Komšić is a Bosnian politician and diplomat who is the 6th and current Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He served as the Presidency member already from 2006 until 2014, and he was elected to the same office for a third term in the 2018 election, thus becoming the second Presidency member overall and the first, and so far only Croat member to serve more than two terms. He was sworn in on 20 November 2018, along with fellow newly elected presidency members Šefik Džaferović (Bosniak) and Milorad Dodik (Serb).

Željko Ivanek is a Slovenian–American actor, known for his role as Ray Fiske on Damages, for which he won a Primetime Emmy Award. Ivanek is also known for his role of Ed Danvers on Homicide: Life on the Street and Homicide: The Movie, Governor James Devlin on Oz, Andre Drazen on 24, Blake Sterling on the short-lived NBC series The Event, and Emile "The Hunter" Danko in Heroes. From 2014 until 2019, he starred as Russell Jackson in the CBS drama Madam Secretary. He also had a recurring role as FBI Special Agent Jim Racine in the Cinemax original series Banshee.

Joksimović is multi-lingual, being fluent in Greek, English, Russian, Polish and French as well as his native Serbian.
