Mohamed Youcef Belaïli is an Algerian professional footballer who plays for Qatar as a left winger for the Algeria national team. He currently play with Qatar SC.

Youcef Atal is an Algerian professional footballer who plays for Ligue 1 club OGC Nice and the Algeria national team. He mainly plays as a right-back, but can also play as a left winger.

Youcef Zighoud, also known as Colonel Si Ahmed, was an Algerian FLN party fighter during the Algerian War. On August 20, 1955, he planned a resistance and struggle against the French occupation in Philippeville and surroundings, which led 123 French soldiers to death. That resistance led to harsh crackdown and repression that caused (officially) 1,239 dead in the Algerian side, and (unofficially) 12,000 according to the FLN party. Zighoud, from whom the town of Zighoud Youcef takes its name, was killed in Sidi Mezghiche during a clash with the French Army.

Youcef Yousfi is an Algerian politician who has been Minister of Energy and Mines between 2010 and 2015. He briefly served as Acting Prime Minister of Algeria in March–April 2014. Yousfi was Algeria's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2006 to 2008.

Youcef Reguigui is an Algerian road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Terengganu Cycling Team.
