Víctor Hugo Morales Pérez is a Uruguayan journalist, pundit and writer who has lived and worked in Argentina since 1981. As a football commentator, he has been regarded as one of the best in the Spanish-speaking world. In Argentina his commentary on Diego Maradona's second goal in the 1986 World Cup quarter-final was widely praised.
Victor Hugo Green
Victor Hugo Green was an American postal employee and travel writer from Harlem, New York City, best known for developing and writing what became known as The Green Book, a travel guide for African Americans in the United States. During the time the book was published, choices of lodging, restaurants and even gas stations were limited for black people in many places, both in the South and outside it. It was first published as The Negro Motorist Green Book and later as The Negro Travelers' Green Book. The books were published from 1936 to 1966. Green reviewed hotels and restaurants that did business with African Americans during the time of Jim Crow laws and racial segregation in the United States. He printed 15,000 copies each year.

Víctor Estrella Burgos is a retired Dominican professional tennis player. In 2014, Estrella became the first Dominican to reach the top 100 in the ATP rankings. He also became the first Dominican player to reach the semifinals in an ATP 250 tournament in Bogota. In 2015, he also became the first tennis player from his country to participate in all four Grand Slams, playing in the Australian Open. In February 2015, he won his first career ATP title at the Ecuador Open, becoming the oldest first-time ATP tour winner in the Open Era. He successfully defended his title and 100% winning record at the event in 2016 and 2017, but lost in the second round in 2018.
