Thomas Dooley is an American former soccer player & and a head coach of Sri Pahang FC in Malaysian Super League. He played as a defender and defensive midfielder and was a long-time member and former captain of the United States national team. Dooley served as the head coach of the Philippines national team from 2014 to 2018.

Thomas Tien Ken-sin, SVD was a Chinese Cardinal of the Catholic Church and chair of Fu Jen Catholic University. He served as Archbishop of Peking from 1946 until his death, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1946 by Pope Pius XII.

Thomas Chittenden was a major figure in the early history of Vermont, and was leader of the territory for nearly two decades. Chittenden was the first and third governor of the state of Vermont, serving from 1778 to 1789, when Vermont was a largely unrecognized independent state, called the Vermont Republic, and again after a year out of office, from 1790 until his death. During his first term after his return to office, Vermont was admitted to the Union as the 14th state.

Thomas Bragg was an American politician and lawyer who served as the 34th Governor of the U.S. state of North Carolina from 1855 through 1859. During the Civil War, he served in the Confederate States Cabinet. He was the older brother of General Braxton Bragg. They were direct descendants of Thomas Bragg (1579–1665) who was born in England and settled in the Virginia Colony.
