Robert Taussat was a French local historian, biographer and novelist. He was the author of fifteen books, and the recipient of the 1993 Prix Eugène Carrière from the Académie française. He was the president of the Société des lettres, sciences et arts de l'Aveyron for two decades and the subject of a 2014 documentary about his life.
Robert I of Burgundy
Robert I, known as Robert the Old and "Old French: Tête-Hardi, lit. 'the Headstrong'", was Duke of Burgundy from 1032 to his death. Robert was the son of King Robert II of France and Constance of Arles. His brother was Henry I of France.

Robert Houghwout Jackson was an American attorney and judge who served as an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. He had previously served as United States Solicitor General and United States Attorney General, and is the only person to have held all three of those offices. Jackson was also notable for his work as Chief United States Prosecutor at the Nuremberg trials of Nazi war criminals following World War II.
