Lo Ta-yu, also known as Luo Dayou and Law Tai-yau, is a Taiwanese singer and songwriter. During the 1980s, Lo became one of the most influential Mandopop singer-songwriters with his melodic lyrics and love songs, and his witty social and political commentary that he infused in his more political songs, often to the point that some of his songs were suppressed in Taiwan and China during the 1980s. He is recognized as a cultural icon in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China.

Lo Chia-ling is a taekwondo athlete from Taiwan. After twice winning the gold medal at the World Taekwondo Junior Championships, she reached the Round of 16 at 2019 World Taekwondo Championships – Women's featherweight.

Lauren "Lo" Bosworth is an American former reality TV personality and the founder and CEO of Love Wellness. Bosworth rose to prominence as a cast member of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and The Hills, which documented the lives of her and her friends.

Lo Chih-chiang is Taiwanese politician and a member of the Kuomintang (KMT). From 2010 to 2013, he was first the spokesperson and then the Deputy Secretary-General of the ROC Presidential Office. He was elected to the Taipei City Council in 2018. In 2020, at the invitation of KMT chairman Johnny Chiang, he assumed the directorship of the party school, the Institute of Revolutionary Practice.

Lo Fu-chu is a former Taiwanese legislator and a self-described leader of the "Celestial Alliance" organized criminal organization. In the late 1990s and early 2000s he was known as the most notorious person involved with organized crime then holding public office, and was reputed to be one of the wealthiest men in Taiwan. While in office he was described by other legislators as "verbally and physically violent", and he was arrested the same day that his second legislative term ended, in 2002. After leaving office Lo fought and appealed many charges over the next decade, but was eventually convicted in 2012 for money laundering and insider trading and sentenced to four years in prison. Following his conviction Lo was released on bail and subsequently disappeared. Officials at the Taiwanese Criminal Investigation Bureau believe that he has probably fled to China, where he has investments in the hotel and entertainment industries.

Lô Borges is a Brazilian songwriter, singer and guitarist.

Major general Lo Hsieh-che was the head of the electronic communications and information department in the Republic of China Army until his arrest in early 2011 on charges of spying for the People's Republic of China. Lo is reported to be the highest-ranking officer arrested for allegedly spying for China, and thus represents Taiwan's worst espionage case in 50 years. Taiwan military court sentenced Lo to life imprisonment on 26 April 2012.

Lo Hoi-pang is a Hong Kong actor and singer. Lo attended TVB's Training Classes in 1973. Among his classmates are Chow Yun-fat and Ng Man-tat. Lo won the 2012 31st Hong Kong Film Awards for the Best Supporting Actor category for his performance in Life Without Principle.

Lo Kin-hei is the Chairman of the Democratic Party and Southern District Council. He has been a Southern District Councillor for Lei Tung II constituency since 2012.
