Leopold Damrosch was a German American orchestral conductor and composer.

Léopold Frédéric Léopoldowitsch Survage was a French painter of Finnish origin. Trained in Moscow, he identified with the Russian avant-garde before moving to Paris, where he shared a studio with Amedeo Modigliani and experimented with abstract movies. He also gained commissions for Serge Diaghilev's Ballets Russes.

Archduke Leopold Johann of Austria, was the last-born male descendant from the House of Habsburg. The only son and long-hoped heir of Charles VI, Holy Roman Emperor, with his and his father's death in 1740, the Habsburg male line died out completely, being succeeded by the House of Habsburg-Lorraine who ruled the Habsburg domains until their dethronement following World War I in 1918.
