Henri Ernest Baillon was a French botanist and physician. He was born in Calais on 30 November 1827 and died in Paris on 19 July 1895.

Henri Lefèvre d'Ormesson was a French politician. In 1783, he very briefly served as Finance Minister at a critical moment when France was on the verge of acknowledging its bankruptcy. A man of inconsiderable fortune, he nevertheless donated to the "destitute women of St.-Cyr." He served as Mayor of Paris starting on 21 November 1792, but resigned immediately. He was replaced by Nicolas Chambon on 30 November 1792.

Henri Louveau was a racing driver from France. He participated in two Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on September 3, 1950. He scored no championship points.

Henri Andréani (1877–1936) was a French film director of the silent era.

Henri "Rik" Hoevenaers was a Belgian road cyclist who won three medals at the 1924 Summer Olympics, including a silver in the individual time trial, a silver in the team time trial, and a bronze in the team pursuit. He also won the road race at the 1925 World Championships. Hoevenaers turned professional in 1926. His father Josef and son Jos were also professional cyclists.

Henri Arius (1897–1968) was a French film and stage actor. A character actor he appeared in a large number of films in wartime and post-war France.
