Delfina Pignatiello is an Argentine swimmer. She participated in the 2017 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships where she won two gold medals. She won the Olimpia de Oro award to the best Argentine sportsperson in 2017.

Delfina Gómez Álvarez is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Regeneration Movement (MORENA). She serves as a senator from the State of Mexico in the LXIV Legislature of the Mexican Congress. She also has served as a federal deputy and mayor. On 21 December 2020, she was nominated for Secretary of Public Education (SEP).

Delfina Guzmán Correa is a Chilean actress. She has appeared in more than 30 films and television shows since 1968. She starred in the 1968 Raúl Ruiz film Three Sad Tigers. She is the daughter of Florencio Guzmán Larraín and María Luisa Correa Ugarte. Her son, Nicolás Eyzaguirre, is a Chilean economist.

Delfina Merino is an Argentine field hockey player. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed for the Argentina national field hockey team and the team achieved the silver medal; at the 2020 Summer Olympics, she was part of the team that won the silver medal.

Delfina Ortega Díaz was the first lady of Mexico, as Porfirio Díaz's niece and first wife. She married him in 1867. They had seven children, of which two survived, Porfirio Díaz Ortega and Luz Victoria Díaz Ortega.
