Chang Chen, sometimes credited as Chen Chang according to Western name order, is a Taiwanese actor. His father Chang Kuo-chu and his brother Hans Chang are also actors.

Chang Ya-chung is a Taiwanese political scientist. He founded the Democratic Action Alliance in 2004 and was elected to the National Assembly in 2005, but resigned on the first day to protest the parliament's formation. He later chaired the Chinese Integration Association.

Chang Yu-sheng was a Taiwanese pop vocalist, songwriter and record producer. Born in 1966, Chang was the eldest among his other four siblings whose mother is Atayal and father a veteran of the ROC military. Being influenced deeply by Western rock music, he had participated in two metal bands at university before he gained publicity with a beverage tie-in ballad "My Future isn't a Pipe Dream" in 1988. In that year, Chang also released his debut album "Always Missing You" to a success, selling 350 thousand records within the regions, before singing the soundtrack of a popular movie Seven Wolves starring him as one of the leading roles. After his graduation in 1989, he was nominated "The Best New Artist" in the first GMA for his second album "Miss Me" with most songs co-written by himself. He developed his career as a singer-songwriter since then, endeavoring different genres of contemporary music and attempting to introduce them to the general public despite ups and downs. With moderate to low commercial successes of his subsequent albums, Chang focused more on backstage roles, including music production and songwriting for theater performances. He introduced A-Mei, a Puyuma and pub singer, to his record label whom he met during causal visits. Believing in her potential, Chang became A-Mei's vocal tutor, producer and supervisor.

Chang San-cheng or Simon Chang is a Taiwanese politician who was Premier of the Republic of China from 1 February 2016 until 20 May 2016, appointed by President Ma Ying-jeou. Before assuming the Premiership, he had served as Vice Premier from 8 December 2014. Chang is the first nonpartisan Premier of the Republic of China.

Chang Ting or Zhang Ting is a Taiwanese actress. She graduated from Shanghai Normal University.

Bryan Chang or Chang Shu-hao is a Taiwanese actor. He won the award for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film at the Golden Bell Awards in 2007.

Chang Liyi, also known as Jack Chang, was a pilot in the Republic of China Air Force with the rank of major. A member of the CIA-trained Black Cat Squadron, he flew the American U-2 reconnaissance aircraft to spy on China's nuclear program. He was shot down on 10 January 1965 over Baotou, Inner Mongolia and held in mainland China for 17 years. Chang was released from custody in 1982, but not granted permission to return to Taiwan until 1990, living the interim years in the United States.

Chang Kiha is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor and radio host. He is best known as the lead singer of the indie rock band Kiha & The Faces.

Chang Hsiao-yen ; born 11 August 1948) is a Taiwanese television host and actress. Born in Shanghai, China, Chang relocated to Taiwan after the Chinese Civil War where she started her acting career at the age of five as a child actress in cinema. In 1958, she received her first Best Child Actress award at the Asia Pacific Film Festival, a recognition she earned for three consecutive years and which placed her alongside notable child stars such as Josephine Siao, Lydia Shum, Fung Bo Bo and Connie Chan. Since the 1980s, Chang has become a household name in Taiwan after hosting the CTS variety show Variety 100 (綜藝100) which is one of the most successful shows in the television history of Taiwan. She is also known for her work as the host of highly rated variety shows such as Weekend Pie (週末派), Super Sunday (超級星期天), Million-Dollar Class (百萬小學堂) and SS Hsiao-yen Night (SS小燕之夜).
