Alix Cléo Roubaud was a Canadian photographer and writer who lived in France after 1972.

Alix de Montmorency was a French noblewoman. Her parents were Bouchard V de Montmorency and Laurette, daughter of Baldwin IV, Count of Hainaut and Alice of Namur.

Alix of Brittany, Dame de Pontarcy, Countess of Blois, was a Breton noblewoman and a member of the House of Dreux as the eldest daughter of John I, Duke of Brittany. She married John I, Count of Blois. Alix was known for founding religious houses including the Monastery of La Guiche, where she was later buried.

Alix d’Eu or Alice of Eu, was ruling Countess of Eu in 1191–1246. She was the daughter of Henry II, Count of Eu, and Matilda, daughter of Hamelin de Warenne, Earl of Surrey, and Isabel de Warenne. Countess of Eu, Lady of Hastings. Alix inherited Eu and Hastings upon her father's death in 1191 as her older brothers had both died prematurely. She was the last ruler of the county of Eu from the House of Normandy.

Alix Cecil Dobkin was an American folk singer-songwriter, memoirist, and lesbian feminist activist. In 1979, she was the first American lesbian feminist musician to do a European concert tour.
