Alessandro Federico Petricone Jr., known professionally as Alex Rocco, was an American actor. Often cast as a villain, he is best known for his portrayal of Moe Greene in The Godfather and his Primetime Emmy Award-winning role in The Famous Teddy Z. He did a significant amount of voice-over work later in his career, and was known for his gravelly voice.

Alfredo Rocco was an Italian politician and jurist. He was Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Urbino (1899–1902) and in Macerata (1902–1905), then Professor of Civil Procedure in Parma, of Business Law in Padua, and later of Economic Legislation at La Sapienza University of Rome, of which he was rector from 1932 to 1935.

Carmine Rocco was an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who devoted his entire career to the diplomatic service of the Holy See. He became an archbishop in 1961 and served as an Apostolic Nuncio from 1959 until his death.

Lyla Rocco was an Italian film actress. She was also a contestant in Miss Italy. After making her screen debut in 1951, Rocco appeared in over thirty productions before retiring in 1964. In 1954 she played a supporting role in Roberto Rossellini's Journey to Italy. In 1960, in one of her final roles, she appeared in the horror film The Playgirls and the Vampire.
