Charlie Robinson is an American theater, film and television actor. He is best known for his role on the NBC sitcom Night Court as Macintosh "Mac" Robinson, the clerk of the court and a Vietnam War veteran. Although his most frequent on-screen billing has been Charlie Robinson, Night Court had credited him as Charles Robinson throughout his 1984–1992 stint as Mac. In two of his earliest film appearances, 1974's Sugar Hill and 1975's The Black Gestapo, he was credited as Charles P. Robinson. Some of his credits have been occasionally commingled with those of older actor Charles Knox Robinson who, billed as Charles Robinson, was featured in numerous films and TV episodes between 1958 and 1971.
John Edward Robinson
John Edward Robinson is an American serial killer, con man, embezzler, kidnapper, and forger who was found guilty in 2003 for three murders committed in and around Kansas City, Kansas, receiving the death sentence for two of them. In 2005, he admitted responsibility for five additional homicides across the river, at trial in Kansas City, Missouri, in a deal to receive multiple life sentences without possibility of parole and avoid more death sentences. Investigators fear that there might be other undiscovered victims as well, in both cities and elsewhere. As of 2019, with eight murder convictions across both states, Robinson remains on death row in Kansas.

Anne Josephine Robinson is an English television presenter and journalist. She is known for her acerbic style of presenting and reality television shows. She presented the British programme Points of View (1987–1997) and was one of the presenters on the consumer affairs show Watchdog. Robinson gained her highest profile as the host of the BBC game show The Weakest Link (2000–2012), a role she reprised on the American version of the show. Robinson also returned to the role for a special in honour of Children in Need in November 2017.

Nicknamed "the Admiral" for his service with the U.S. Navy, Robinson was a 10-time NBA All-Star, the 1995 NBA MVP, a two-time NBA champion, a two-time Olympic Gold Medal winner, a two-time Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and a two-time U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame inductee. He is widely considered one of the greatest centers in both college basketball and NBA history.
