Noboru Okamoto , known by the pen name Sanpei Shirato , was a Japanese manga artist and essayist known for his social criticism as well as the realism of his drawing style and the characters in his scenarios. He was considered a pioneer of the controversial gekiga genre of adult-oriented manga.

Corazon Victoria "Dinky" Nerves Juliano-Soliman was a Filipina politician, activist and social worker who served as Secretary of Social Welfare and Development twice under President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo from 2001 to 2005 and President Benigno Aquino III from 2010 to 2016.

Naga Thein Hlaing

He was well known for his performance of endocrine surgery in the Naga Hills of northwestern Burma, using local anesthetic only. Since he was able to cure goitre, which local shamans could not do, Thein Hlaing was recognized by the local residents as Naga Nat and was worshiped as a deity.
