Sergey Shevchenko was a Soviet and later Russian footballer between 1990 and 2017. He played among others for FC Iskra Smolensk, FC Kristall Smolensk and FC Naftan Novopolotsk.

Antonio Gómez Valdés de Castillo, better known as Ratón Valdés, was a Mexican actor and comedian, brother of the actors Germán, Manuel and Ramón.
